Sasanokawa Shuzo Co, Ltd was founded in 1765 and acquired a license to become a distiller in 1946. It is one of the oldest distiller in Tohoku area. This bottle, now discontinued, is a very limited bottle released in 2017, we know the whisky was matured in a bourbon cask before finishing in the famous Japanese only Mizunara cask. Non chilled filtered, bottled at 47% ABV.
