Sullivans Cove American Oak 17 Year Old (HH0088)

One of the oldest Australian Whisky by Sullivan's Cove. A 17 year old American Oak, HH0088, bottled at 47.5%ABV, bottle 98 of 215. The whisky was distilled in December 1999 and bottled in June 2017.

These long-aged bottlings are only possible at Sullivans Cove in Tasmania as the only distillery in Australia that has been using full-sized casks since the mid-1990s. And this is one of the older bottles that pre-dates today's 'Old and Rare' Collection.
