This is a special bundle for Project 5 and Project 6 as a pair!

Our 5th Edition has been patiently and personally crafted in collaboration with celebrated Tasmanian contemporary artist David Booth; and the award-winning Old Kempton Distillery in Tasmania. This unique expression was drawn from a single 100-litre Pinot Cask, coopered for Rare Cask Society in Tasmania, then matured on the Western wall of Old Kempton Distillery’s bond store. Cask Strength, Non-chilled filtered botted at 60.2% ABV.

Our 6th Edition has been carefully matured at Killara Distillery in Richmond, Tasmania, since 2019. With only 166 bottles available, this limited release reflects a patient, handcrafted collaboration with acclaimed Mornington Peninsula artist Emma Morgan. This unique expression was drawn from a single 100-litre French Oak, Ruby Port Cask from the Douro Valley Wine Region in Portugal, masterfully crafted by Tasmanian coopers, before making its way to Killara Distillery in Richmond. Cask Strength, Non-chilled filtered botted at 65% ABV.
