Release as part of the Celebration of the Cask range by Carn Mor, this bottle lived in Ex Sherry butt for 27 years, distilled in Aug 1991 and bottled in April 2019 at cask strength 60.6%ABV.
The history of The Cambus Distillery was dated back to the pre-war era, founded in 1806 by John Moubray. In 1914 it was destroyed by a fire which forced it to close until 1937. It was then closed again during WWII. Restarting in 1952, producing whisky and gin, and was eventually closed in 1993.

Nose: Walnut whip, zesty orange cake, violet crumbles and some clean oak.
Palate: Jaffas, chocolate covered nougat and wafer biscuits and some Indian spices
Finish: Tobacco and zesty citrus with friand cakes.
